Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Review purchase and material requisition, and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Liaise with suppliers / vendors to get quotation.
  • Responsible for company vehicle road tax, COE, Insurance policies and etc.
  • Handle application or renewal of company licences including ISO certificates.
  • Manage foreign worker dormitory records and update in MOM website (OFWAS)
  • Perform all general administrative tasks.
  • Able to multitask and handle ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Pleasant disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise withMandarin speaking associates).
