Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of AP and AR and ensure that company policies and accounting standards is in compliance.
• Identify, resolve and follow up on discrepancies and outstanding matters arising from operations.
• Liaise with creditors and debtors when required.
• Update and maintain audit schedules on timely basis.
• Perform accounts reconciliations and assist in monthly closing of accounts.
• Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma and above.
• Must be able to work independently and within stipulated deadlines.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible, proactive and able to work as team.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice.
• Preferably Singaporean or PR.
