BSI Hiring! Full Time Mechanical Engineer in Selangor - Ricebowl

You will provide technical and engineering hands-on in plant equipment and machinery repair works, monitor, record statutory inspection, supervise and handling of maintenance activities.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and modify equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable, and efficient.

• Liaise with company’s vendors and supervise subcontractors during various maintenance projects or improvement.

• Deliver SOP for repetitive engineering task and technical documentation.

• Lead Condition-Based Maintenance initiative.

• Update equipment breakdown findings and propose permanent countermeasure by conducting RCA analysis. 

• Support emergency repairs (on call) of equipment to minimize downtime and put in place preventive measures.

• Participate in monthly PM and annual shutdown.

What You Need to Succeed

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related disciplines.

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance of heavy industrial equipment (Hydraulic and Pneumatic system).

• Able to read and do manual sketch using AutoCAD.

• Basic knowledge of vibration measurement, DPT and UT.

• Competent to use OXY TORCH and ARC Welding.

• Experienced in continuous operation process equipment and automated equipment.
