Responsibilities:

Responsible for promoting assigned products at the retail level. This role ensures daily operations meet company standards and supports the Key Account Executive by providing operational and consumer feedback related to Vinda brands in-store. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Educate consumers on product features and benefits to enhance product understanding and drive sales. • Improve in-store product availability and visibility through effective merchandising and display management. • Provide timely feedback on competitor activities and deliver qualitative insights to Marketing, CDD, and Sales teams for continuous improvement. • Maximize merchandising and shelf presence by securing secondary displays as needed and ensuring adherence to planograms with correct stock levels. • Maintain and build long-term relationships with established customers or buyers to support brand loyalty. •Support all merchandising efforts by identifying optimal display locations and assisting with block displays and product arrangement. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A basic school certificate. • Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
