Responsibilities
Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Tenant Relations Executive responsible for managing tenant relationships, enquiries, onboarding, lease renewals, rent coordination, and operational support in a premium office environment. Requires fluency in Mandarin and English, effective communication and problem-solving skills, and a professional corporate presence with regular face-to-face interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete tenant lifecycle, including onboarding, daily engagement, lease renewals, and exit procedures.
Coordinate tenant move-in activities, inspections, documentation, and orientation on building facilities and policies.
Serve as the primary contact person for tenants, handling enquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure a premium customer experience and high retention.
Coordinate rental collection, follow up on outstanding payments, and liaise with Finance Department.
Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements and coordinate necessary follow-up actions.
Handle tenant move-out inspections, deposit settlements, and documentation.
Ensure common areas are well-maintained, clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Maintain accurate tenant records, communications, incidents, and reports.
Communicate effectively via WeChat, WeCom, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in tenant relations, property management, co-working space, hotel industry, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
Must fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken, written, and reading).
Professional appearance with strong grooming standards, confident demeanour, and excellent personal presentation suitable for a client-facing corporate environment.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service mindset with ability to multitask in a challenging environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
