Responsibility & Accountability

• Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project.

• Delegating daily task to construction team member

• Meeting and site coordination with clients, third parties, authorities and other managers to report on progress.

• Setting targets, objectives, and responsibilities for all supervised staff

• Conducting site visits to inspect work, check materials and ensure staff are following health and safety guidelines.

• Dealing with contracts and mitigating the impact of any issues

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales

• Working in an office and on a construction site.

• Site coordination on drawings to identify clashes and forecast any challenges during installation.

• Material quantity calculation and planning schedule to control inventory movement.

• Alert any potential progress delay and mitigate together with Project Manager.

• Ensure full compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, including adherence to company policies, site SHE rules, risk assessments, and applicable laws and regulations.

Education & Experience (Basic requirement for this position)

• Preference with Degree Holder

• At least 5 years experience as Site Engineer or any higher rank posting
