Job Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company’s Lark platform, including organizational structure, user accounts, permissions, security policies, and backend configurations.

• Drive the adoption and deep usage of core Lark features, including: 

  • Instant messaging and group management

  • Calendar and meetings

  • Docs, cloud storage, and knowledge base

  • Lark Base (multi-dimensional tables)

  • Approval workflows and automation

  • Lark project management

  • Bots and open platform

• Design and optimize business workflows (e.g., approval and automation processes such as reimbursement, procurement, contracts, company seals, IT access, etc.) to improve efficiency.

• Build lightweight business systems using Lark Base (e.g., asset management, ticketing systems, customer tracking, project management) and promote migration from Excel-based processes.

• Configure Lark bots and automated notifications (e.g., alerts, approval reminders, business data push notifications).

• Integrate Lark with internal systems (such as HR, ERP, CRM, email, monitoring systems), supporting API and webhook integrations.

• Establish and maintain the company knowledge base, including document structure, permission controls, and sharing policies.

• Manage Lark permissions and data security, including external access control, sensitive data protection, and deprovisioning of departing employees’ accounts.

• Provide internal training and support to promote efficient usage of Lark across departments.

• Analyze platform usage data and continuously improve collaboration efficiency and workflow automation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably in IT or Information Systems-related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Lark, DingTalk, WeCom, M365, etc.).

• Familiar with key Lark modules: Docs, Base, approvals, project management, bots, etc.

• Strong process design capability, able to translate business requirements into system solutions.

• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, SSO, and permission management.

• Basic scripting skills are a plus (Python / PowerShell / Shell).

• Good communication skills with the ability to drive cross-department collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lark Base or workflow automation setup

• Experience in system integration or development on open platforms

• Familiarity with ERP / CRM / HR system integrations

• Experience in digital transformation or business process optimization

• Background in information security or access/permission management
