Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our sales team on a full-time basis at our office in Puchong, Selangor. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our sales department, providing critical administrative and support services that enable our sales team to focus on building client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process customer orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery documentation accurately.

  • Support the sales team by preparing reports, presentations, and sales-related documents.

  • Act as a liaison between customers, the sales team, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, order status, and delivery schedules.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and filing systems.

  • Monitor order progress and follow up on pending deliveries or customer requests.

  • Assist with inventory coordination and communicate stock availability to the sales team.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and assist in analyzing sales performance.

  • Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and provide general administrative support to the sales department.

  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or administrative roles.

  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Experience with ERP systems or sales management software is an advantage.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong customer service orientation.
