Manage the daily operations of the training centre, including classroom setup, facilities readiness, and maintenance coordination
Administer training programmes by preparing course materials, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring documentation accuracy
Coordinate with trainers, learners, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions
Monitor training schedules, trainer attendance, and operational compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate records, and support administrative projects assigned by management
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, training coordination, customer service, or a related role
Familiarity with training administration processes, attendance tracking systems, or regulated training environments will be advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital productivity tools
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with learners, trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
