Tasks and Responsibilities

• To match with the subcon invoices against the subcon service report.
• To generate work orders (WO) against purchase Request. (PR) and Distribute to Subcons.
• To receive SCR from production and follow up Job awarding co-ordination works between Commercial
• To do Filing of Subcon registration, Quota applications, Subcontractor Tariffs and Forms, etc
• To provide Administration Supports on Quota application and renewal, etc
• To request / Update subcon costs and WDR'S.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in Commercial & Subcontracting work and shipyard related work.
