Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Systems Engineer to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across both cloud and on-premises environments. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of business-critical systems while supporting daily IT operations and infrastructure initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing Microsoft technologies, maintaining server environments, and supporting cloud services to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Systems Administration

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, Azure environments, and Windows-based infrastructure.
• Support email platforms, directory services, and enterprise collaboration tools.

Server Management & Operations

• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and patching of Windows servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and technical issues.
• Ensure systems remain secure, stable, and compliant with internal governance standards.
• Perform routine health checks, system monitoring, and performance tuning.

Security & Compliance

• Support security controls, vulnerability management, and system hardening activities.
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with established security policies and compliance requirements.
• Assist in audit preparation and documentation activities.

IT Operations Support

• Provide technical support for internal IT systems and business applications.
• Work closely with end users and technology teams to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities where required.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, efficiency, and automation.
• Contribute to process improvement and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
