Responsibilities
POSITION: HR Executive (construction industry)
BASIC SALARY: $2,750 – $3,000
Benefits:
- Allowances
- Bonus
Working Days: 5 day work week (Mon-Fri)
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including work pass applications, onboarding and offboarding processes, and monthly renewals
Handle staff dormitory-related matters and administration
Administer staff leave records and queries
Provide general HR administrative support and assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline
Minimum 1 year of HR experience within a construction or contracting environment
Hands-on experience with work pass administration in the construction sector is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
