We are looking for an AI-driven AutomationEngineer to build and implement self-healing infrastructure automation usingAI, RPA, and orchestration tools.
This role focuses on event-driven automation,integrating tools like Ansible, AI models, and infrastructure platforms to movefrom manual operations to intelligent automation.
Role
- Develop AI-enabled automation workflows for incident detection, analysis, and remediation
- Build event-driven automation pipelines (Detect → Analyze → Trigger → Remediate)
- Integrate AI models (e.g., OpenAI /LLM) for intelligent decision-making and root cause analysis
- Develop Ansible playbooks for automated remediation and configuration management
- Automate infrastructure across domains (Unix, Network, Wintel, Firewall)
- Integrate automation with orchestration tools (Ansible Tower, APIs)
- Implement key AI use cases such as:
- Backup failure analysis & auto-remediation Intelligent incident handling
- Work with APIs (e.g., NetBackup) and system integration
- Integrate: Monitoring tools (Elastic / Dynatrace)CMDB (Device42)AI platforms (OpenAI / Claude)
- Build end-to-end AI+ automation ecosystem across tools
- Work closely with infra platform teams to build shared automation capability
- Drive Build → Upskill → Transfer model to domain teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT
- Strong with Ansible / automation scripting, Python / scripting
- Infrastructure systems (Unix, Windows, Network)
- Good understanding of: APIs, system integration, Event-driven architecture
- Exposure to: AI/LLM integration (OpenAI, etc.)
- RPA tools (UiPath / others)
- Experience with AIOps / observability tools (Elastic, Dynatrace)
- Experience with infrastructure automation at enterprise scale
- Able to connect infra + AI+ automation together
