Responsibilities
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
- Must have experience in Information System Study
- Must have experience in IT Planning
- Must have work experience in the Government
- Must have intensive exposure in written English
- Must have experience in Coordination of departmental return/survey
- Work experience in MS ASP.NET is highly desirable
- Work experience in IT Application Development and Management is highly desirable
- Work experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support is highly desirable
- Work experience in IT Procurement is highly desirable
- Work experience in Govt Procurement/Disposal Procedures is highly desirable
- Work experience in SSADM is highly desirable
- Work experience in Management and Support of Gov Systems & Services are highly desirable
- Work experience in Project Management is highly desirable
- Work experience in Managing Government IT Standards is highly desirable
- Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English
- Written test may be required during the interview
- The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 4 years x Information System Study and IT Planning
- 3 years x Coordination, Work experience with/in the Government and Intensive Exposure in Written English
