We are hiring the headcounts under Recruit Express Pte Ltd. 



Ceremonial Standards: Conduct formal checks on graduate attire to ensure compliance with academic dress codes before they cross the stage.
Crowd & Flow Management: Direct graduates to their designated seating and manage the smooth ingress and egress of the theatre to prevent bottlenecks.
Procession Coordination: Manage the orderly line-up of graduates, ensuring they are prepared and in the correct sequence to be presented on stage.
Stage-Side Operations: Facilitate the controlled movement of graduates during the award presentation, ensuring the ceremony maintains its planned tempo.
Direct Support: Work closely under the guidance of the Chief Marshal on duty to address any immediate operational needs or logistical adjustments required during the ceremony.


Requirements 

Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
Able to commit on 8, 16, 17 Jul AND 21 Jul till 1 Aug
Working hours: 8.00am – 8.00pm (Mondays to Fridays) with 1-hour break & 8.00am – 5.00pm (Saturdays) with 30 minutes lunch break
