• Preparing and cooking food according to menu items.
• Operate cooking equipment with proper safety precautions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including ensuring ingredients, utensils, and dishes are properly stored.
• Control and manage kitchen inventory.
• Opportunity to design and test new menu items that complement the restaurant's impressive selection of fine wines, champagnes, whiskies, and sake.
Requirements
• Experience preparing Local and Western cuisine.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
