Job Responsibilities

  1. Cross-Departmental/Platform Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle management of application software development and operational projects, ensuring seamless cross-departmental and cross-platform collaboration.
  2. Business Alignment & Enablement: Closely partner with business and product lines (especially brand lines), gain a deep understanding of business needs, and empower teams to achieve business objectives efficiently.
  3. R&D System Optimization: Define, implement, and continuously improve R&D management standards, processes, and collaboration mechanisms.
  4. Metrics & Insights: Design R&D performance metrics, conduct data analysis and problem discovery, provide support for management decisions, and drive team effectiveness.
  5. Multi-Brand Portfolio Management: Independently and efficiently manage and drive a portfolio of projects across multiple sub-brands simultaneously.


Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software project management, including at least 2 years in a PMO, SQA, or Agile project management role.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of multiple projects/brands, with the ability to adapt to high work intensity and pressure.
  • Candidates with backgrounds in major tech companies (e.g., ByteDance, Alibaba, Lazada, Shopee) or financial platforms (e.g., Futu, cryptocurrency platforms) are highly preferred. Candidates from traditional internet companies will also be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering discipline, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, etc. (Degrees purely in Management, Business Administration, Economics, etc., are not under consideration).
  • A technical background (e.g., software development experience) is an advantage.
  • Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different levels and across departments.
  • Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, and efficient, capable of independently undertaking and delivering on complex tasks.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to work in couterparts from regional teams
  • Certifications & Skills (Preferred): Hold certifications such as PMI-PMP/PMI-ACP/PRINCE 2/(A)CSM.
