Job Summary

We are expanding and seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities across project sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project sites to ensure smooth site operations and monitor work progress
• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects to meet schedule and quality targets
• Report daily progress and schedule updates to the Project Manager
• Monitor daily work progress and site productivity to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Enforce compliance with safety and quality standards on all project sites
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize resource utilization
• Liaise effectively with project teams and clients to address site-related matters and ensure alignment

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of construction site supervisory experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong leadership skills demonstrated through managing site teams and coordinating resources
• Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders on site matters
