Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate possesses strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical records.
• Generate reports and retrieve information as required by management.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain and validate data.
• Support administrative and clerical tasks when required.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in data entry, administration, or clerical support is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
