We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Associate Customer Support professional who is fluent in Japanese to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch support to our clients.

What You'll Do:
Position Summary: Handle live contacts of customers and provide appropriate solution to their queries
***Prior Experience in Ecommerce preferred***
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Deliverables (KRA Measure)
· Provide exemplary customer satisfaction
· Meet quality standards on all handled contacts
· Complete 9 hours of staffed time on all rostered days
· Handle contacts while maintaining KPI targets as per agreed limits
