Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10 or more rebar workers to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Arrange and coordinate daily manpower deployment to meet site requirements
• Liaise with main contractors to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
• Coordinate job scopes for NTS workers to ensure clarity and task completion
• Supervise all rebar works performed by workers and team leaders to maintain quality standards
• Ensure all workers follow safe working practices and comply with safety regulations
• Adapt work schedules flexibly according to site conditions and project demands
• Carry heavy construction materials as required to support site operations
• Work effectively under outdoor conditions, including exposure to hot sun

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in rebar works
