Responsibilities
Location: Jalan Buroh OR Woodlands (Company Transport Provided from MRT)
Working Hours: 12 Hours shift rotation (7 AM - 7 PM / 7 PM - 7 AM) - Shift allowance per day provided.
Salary: Competitive + OT Payable

Support daily manufacturing and production operations
Monitor production processes and assist in troubleshooting issues
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams
Support equipment maintenance and process improvement initiatives
Monitor material usage and inventory activities
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
No Experience Welcome!
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines
Candidates with internship or manufacturing experience will have an advantage
Positive attitude, willing to learn, and hands-on approach
Able to work in a manufacturing environment
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers/suppliers/overseas counterparts.
