Job Responsibilities:

· Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment

· Provide emergency /  unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine plant shutdown

· Maintain mixers, extruders, conveyors, dryers, grinders, dust collectors, and resin‑handling systems used in phenolic compound production.

· Perform root‑cause analysis on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures affecting production.

· Calibrate sensors, maintain PLC‑controlled systems, and support automation troubleshooting.

· Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

· Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and materials handling equipment in performing duties

· Perform mechanic skillsincluding but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic,troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

· Detect faulty operations, defectives material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision

·Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Higher-NITEC in any mechanical or electrical studies
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills; experience with extruders, grinders, and thermal systems.
• Good PC skills (Microsoft Words, Excel)
• Min of 2 years of experience in Plant operation environment
• Willing to work 8 &12 hours Shift (Morning & Night)
