Job Summary

You will lead and coordinate solar energy system installations, ensuring quality and performance while troubleshooting technical issues to support renewable energy adoption and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Install solar PV modules, panels, and support structures precisely according to design specifications to ensure system integrity
• Monitor and verify the quality of solar installation work to maintain high engineering standards
• Conduct site surveys for solar projects to assess feasibility and plan installations effectively
• Manage and coordinate the installation of solar energy systems to optimize operational performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and operation, providing innovative solutions to improve renewable energy adoption
• Oversee electrical tasks related to solar installations to ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
• Participate actively in site meetings to communicate progress, challenges, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Prepare and provide accurate material lists to support procurement and installation planning
