Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service (Thai Speaker) role. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions in Thai via phone, chat, email, and other digital channels, providing timely, accurate, and courteous support. The Customer Service representative will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex cases according to established procedures. Daily tasks include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of client products and services, documenting customer interactions in the system, and following quality and compliance guidelines. The role also includes contributing to customer experience improvements by sharing feedback, meeting performance targets, and collaborating with team leaders and colleagues.
