Job Description

Responsibilities

Mission


  • Marketing Executive supports the Sales Director in developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen Serac Asia’s brand visibility and support business growth across the Asia Pacific region.
  • This includes managing both digital marketing (social media, content creation, analytics, and paid ads) and traditional marketing (events, printed materials, and corporate branding activities).


Main Tasks


Digital Marketing


  • Executing digital campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and videos aligned with the marketing calendar.
  • Monitor, Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.).
  • Develop and execute content marketing activities, including editorial calendars, campaigns, and lead generation content.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for advertising, content creation, graphic design, and other marketing activities.
  • Manage website content updates and ensure content is optimized for SEO and brand consistency.


Traditional Marketing


  • Plan and coordinate exhibition and trade show participation, including registration, logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials.
  • Manage corporate gifts, marketing merchandise, and inventory.
  • Coordinate printing of brochures, banners, name cards, and marketing materials.
  • Liaise with suppliers, event organizers, and external vendors.
  • Support internal company events and customer visits.


Information Technology


  • Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
  • Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, Meta).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, SEO, and website management.
  • Basic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or Premiere).
  • Knowledge of Showpad is an advantage.


Competences & Qualifications


  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to both digital and traditional platforms.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with strong visual and content sense.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (other Asian languages are a plus).
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to learn and contribute to regional projects across multiple countries.
