Job Title : HSE Executive

Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:-

• Address areas of non-conformance to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards through corrective

actions

• Analyse areas of non-conformance to WSH standards to determine reasons for non-conformance

• Conduct learning activities to enhance WSH standards and practices

• Conduct monthly HSE inspection and present the findings to all stakeholders.

• Conduct Incident investigation

• Develop an action plan based on best solutions identified during WSH solutioning discussions

• Develop measures to enhance organisational awareness of environmental protection

• Drive WSH activities to ensure department compliance with requirements

• Facilitate monthly safety committee meeting

• Maintain QHSE documentation such as incident report, legal register, Risk assessment

• Manage and maintain permit to work system

• Organise internal audit schedules for quality, safety and health.

• Review environmentally friendly trends in the industry for implementation

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum Diploma qualification and above

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health

• Internal auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 preferable
