Job Description:
· Supervise service personnel and ensure meeting of service and grooming standards.
· Monitor workflow and recommend improvements or increase efficiency.
· Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely communication of orders and delivery of food.
· Oversee condition of seating premises.
· Assist in conducting training for service staff when required to improve service standards.
· Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
