Key Responsibilities:

• Handle month-end, quarterly, and year-end account closing activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and General Ledger (GL).
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and official receipts to customers, suppliers, contractors, and intercompany entities.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules, tax schedules, and supporting documents for statutory audits and tax submissions.
• Review, verify, and maintain proper documentation and filing systems for accounting records.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties on accounting, audit, and tax-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of effective internal controls and accurate accounting records.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and other duties as delegated by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, if applicable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
