Responsibilities
Company Description
Tenpower Lithium Co., Ltd is a leading cylindrical lithium-ion battery cell developer and manufacturer catering to multiple application markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management System (QMS)
• Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with international standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Develop and standardize quality policies, procedures, and workflows, covering incoming inspection, in-process control, and final product inspection.
• Ensure effective implementation of quality objectives aligned with company strategy and market requirements.
2. Process & Product Quality Control
• Oversee end-to-end quality control for production processes, ensuring product consistency and compliance with specifications.
• Monitor and analyze key quality indicators (e.g. FPY, defect rate), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote and apply quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, and root cause analysis to prevent defects and improve process capability.
3. Customer Quality & Satisfaction
• Serve as the main quality interface with customers, including handling audits, quality reviews, complaints, and corrective actions.
• Lead customer complaint investigations, ensure timely root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure effective issue resolution and closure.
4. Supplier Quality Management
• Establish and manage supplier quality standards and evaluation systems.
• Support supplier audits, qualification, and continuous improvement activities to ensure incoming material quality. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to embed quality requirements into process design and execution.
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and process change management to ensure quality risks are identified and controlled.
6. Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead, manage, and develop the quality team, including performance management, training, and capability development.
• Build a strong quality culture and promote quality awareness across all levels of the organization.
7. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
• Identify quality risks and lead proactive prevention measures.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
