Responsibilities

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT)

Location: SELANGOR


The Company:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor the master development programme, ensuring key project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments, market analysis, cash flow forecasting, and pricing evaluations to support project planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure all project designs and layouts comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, UBBL guidelines, and CONQUAS construction quality best practices.
  • Coordinate consultants and stakeholders on the preparation and submission of development approvals, including layout, infrastructure, strata, and building plans.
  • Review and manage the quality of tender drawings and tender documentation prior to project implementation.
  • Verify Sales & Purchase (S&P) plans and specifications, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and standardisation across projects.
  • Review marketing materials to ensure alignment with approved project specifications and development plans.
  • Oversee the quality and upkeep of show units and mock-up units, ensuring compliance and excellent presentation throughout the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and utility providers to facilitate approvals and project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support the preparation of project-related promotional and marketing materials.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience within property development, construction, or project management environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, with strong planning, coordination, and organisational capabilities.
