About the Role
Join a reputable education institution as part of the administrative support team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, providing front-counter support, and handling day-to-day administrative duties in a structured office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front-counter and reception duties
Attend to walk-in visitors, phone calls, and general enquiries
Provide administrative support for programmes and events
Perform data entry and maintain records accurately
Coordinate room bookings and logistics arrangements
Handle incoming deliveries and distribute items accordingly
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors
Support ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Secondary School / NITEC qualification and above
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented and comfortable with front-facing duties
Able to perform light physical tasks such as handling deliveries and moving materials when required
First Aid Certification will be an advantage
