Responsibilities
NTT DATA is a global leader in digital business and IT services. We're growing our Workforce Solutions practice and looking for a Sales Executive who can open doors and walk back through them — someone equally comfortable hunting for new logos as they are deepening relationships with existing clients.
What you'll do
Prospect, engage, and close new clients for NTT DATA's staff augmentation and workforce solutions portfolio
Manage and grow a book of existing accounts — identifying expansion opportunities and strengthening client partnerships
Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to commercial closure
Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure client commitments are met
Represent NTT DATA's value proposition with credibility and precision
What you bring
Proven track record in B2B sales — ideally within staffing, workforce solutions, or IT services
A hunter's drive paired with a farmer's patience — you know when to push and when to nurture
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Existing client relationships in the market are a distinct advantage
Self-starter who thrives without hand-holding
