Responsibilities

Influencer & Brand Partnership Manager (Global Markets)


  • Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs, KOCs, influencers, creators, and MCN partners across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, Twitch, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, WeChat, and Bilibili.

  • Build, maintain, and optimize a global influencer database covering multiple industries, regions, and influencer tiers.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers and strategic partners, exploring opportunities for ambassador programs, exclusive collaborations, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Source suitable influencers and creators based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
  1. Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content review, media buying, publishing schedules, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging content aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure campaign delivery, brand visibility, engagement, and conversion goals are achieved.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, business development, sales, and operations to execute campaigns successfully.
  1. Brand Partnerships & Business Development
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with brands across industries such as Web3, Fintech, Fashion, Beauty, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Gaming, and Lifestyle.
  • Conduct client outreach, business negotiations, proposal presentations, and partnership development activities.
  • Understand client objectives and provide customized influencer marketing and brand collaboration solutions.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with clients and partners to drive recurring business opportunities.
  1. Data Analysis & Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition.
  • Generate regular campaign reports and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, platform algorithms, and audience behavior to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine influencer selection criteria, content strategies, and partnership models based on performance data.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Advertising, Public Relations, International Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, brand partnerships, business development, media buying, social media marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of global social media ecosystems, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, Twitch, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, and other major platforms.
  • Proven ability to identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage influencer and brand partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, platform insights, and third-party social monitoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI measurement.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency is required to support collaboration with Mandarin-speaking clients, influencers, and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing influencer, creator, MCN, agency, media, or brand partnership resources.
  • Experience in Web3, Fintech, Cryptocurrency, Technology, Gaming, E-commerce, Fashion, Beauty, or Consumer Goods industries.
  • Additional language proficiency such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Arabic, or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience with international markets including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and the Middle East.
  • Familiarity with paid media buying, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and growth campaigns.
  • Experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
