Job Summary

Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily project execution by supervising workers and subcontractors, coordinating with site staff, monitoring work progress and quality, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in executing daily project tasks to support timely completion
• Supervise subcontractors and in-house workers to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards
• Collaborate with site operations staff to coordinate activities and meet project schedules
• Monitor work progress and quality to maintain acceptable workmanship standards
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and communicate clear instructions to the team
• Interpret project requirements and scope of work to ensure compliance throughout execution
