We're Hiring: Bed Board Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage hospital bed allocation to ensure efficient utilization across all wards and units.

• Monitor real-time bed status, patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Collaborate closely with Nursing, Admission Office, Emergency Department, Operating Theatre, and clinical teams to facilitate patient placement.

• Maintain accurate bed census and occupancy records.

• Support timely patient admissions and transfers while minimizing delays.

• Escalate bed capacity challenges and propose solutions to optimize patient flow.

• Generate occupancy and utilization reports for operational review.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Hospital Administration, or related field.

Experience in hospital operations, patient services, admission/discharge processes, or bed management is an added advantage.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.
