️Mama Diam Floor Server️

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Take charge of monitoring stock levels and inform the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager when items are running low.

• Restaurant Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and service stations.

• Host Assistance: Assist the Head Host in managing the seven rooms, ensuring smooth seating and guest flow

• Training Support: Assist in training new staff on menu items and service procedures to maintain high standards of service and consistency.

• Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with managers, colleagues, and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at all times.

• Lost and Found Follow-up: Take responsibility for following up on lost and found items, ensuring proper procedures are followed.

• Handling Complaints: Address customer comments or complaints promptly and professionally. If issues cannot be resolved, escalate them to the Restaurant Manager for assistance.

• Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that service runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and professionalism

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Able to work shifts, weekends, nights, and public holidays

• Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or bar environment preferred (but not always required)

• Basic knowledge of alcohol, cocktails, and bar service is an advantage
