Key Responsibilities:

• Involve in Organization level critical projects - core placement project. SAP S/4HANA implementing to replace Insurance core system in phased approach
• Involve in the project delivery of the remaining complex insurance products to be migrated to the new core system within the approved time frame and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (for both internal and external team) to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines for successful live implementation
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress for successful implementation. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Delegate project tasks to corresponding teams and junior staff members' based on their individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proven experience leading organisation‑wide, mission‑critical projects, particularly core system replacement or modernization initiatives
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
• Demonstrated experience in legacy system to SAP core system migration, including phased implementation approaches
• Strong leadership skills with experience delegating tasks based on team members’ strengths, skills, and experience level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish trusted relationships, influence decision-making, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
