Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Executive based in Greater Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for some remote work. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their technological and business requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. The role includes building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to align technical capabilities with market demands.


Qualifications


  • Strong sales and business development skills, including client prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain electronic hardware and customized technology solutions
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Experience with market research, customer needs analysis, and strategic planning
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Prior experience in technical sales or a related industry is highly preferable
  • Background as a digital content creator or influencer would be a significant asset to our team
  • Experience in managing existing clients within the Ministry of Education and other education sectors will be an advantage
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
