The company supports organizations in understanding and meeting regulatory and compliance requirements for product safety and performance. The team works closely with a wide range of industrial and commercial customers, making it a dynamic environment for professionals interested in certification services and safety standards.

Role Description This is a full-time Sales Specialist role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, offered on a hybrid basis with a combination of office and work-from-home days. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify potential clients, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and present CCQS certification and safety services in a clear, consultative manner. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotations and proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves providing responsive customer service, coordinating with technical and certification teams to address client needs, and supporting after-sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Sales Specialist will participate in product and sales training, attend industry events or client visits when required, and contribute feedback to improve sales processes and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, such as prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Customer Service experience, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Experience delivering or participating in Training related to products, services, or sales processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with certification, compliance, or technical products (e.g., PPE, Machinery) is a plus.
  • Comfort using CRM and standard office software for tracking activities, reporting, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Malaysian market are an advantage.
