Role Description This is a full-time Sales Specialist role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, offered on a hybrid basis with a combination of office and work-from-home days. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify potential clients, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and present CCQS certification and safety services in a clear, consultative manner. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotations and proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves providing responsive customer service, coordinating with technical and certification teams to address client needs, and supporting after-sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Sales Specialist will participate in product and sales training, attend industry events or client visits when required, and contribute feedback to improve sales processes and service offerings.
