Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor

Salary: RM3,000-3,200/month

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
• Handle statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Prepare HR documents including employment letters and contracts.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR and payroll experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
• Good communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
