Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals
• Provide personalized solutions based on client needs
• Attend training sessions, coaching, and professional development program
• Develop communication, leadership, and business skills
• Work closely with mentors and senior consultants to grow your portfolio

Who We Are Looking For

• Malaysian citizens based in Klang Valley or Kuala Lumpur
• Fresh graduates or final-year diploma/degree students
• SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree (any field; business, sales, finance, or marketing is an advantage)
• Individuals who are ambitious, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills (English required, Bahasa Malaysia a plus)
• Willingness to learn, grow, and commit long term in a performance-based environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
• Experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or relationship management is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
