Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. 
• Previous experience in printing, advertising, signage, manufacturing, or production environments is an added advantage. 
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. 

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of printing materials and production processes is preferred. 
• Ability to operate production equipment and hand tools. 
• Good attention to detail and quality control. 
• Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines. 
• Good teamwork and communication skills. 
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual. 
• Physically fit and capable of handling production-related tasks. 
• Willing to learn and adapt to new production techniques and equipment. 
• Able to work overtime when required.

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Production Crew to join our printing production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating printing equipment, preparing materials, performing finishing work, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all production jobs are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate printing and finishing machines according to production requirements. 
• Prepare and organize materials before production begins. 
• Perform finishing processes such as cutting, trimming, lamination, mounting, eyelet installation, welding, packing, and labeling. 
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards before delivery. 
• Follow job sheets and production schedules accurately. 
• Monitor production progress and report any issues to the Production Leader. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. 
• Assist in loading, unloading, packing, and preparing products for collection or delivery. 
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and report machine breakdowns when necessary. 
• Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient use of resources. 
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets. 
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and company policies at all times. 
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
