Requirements

 Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Manage filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory records.
  • Support daily coordination between departments.
  • Assist with product listing and updates on e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor product information, stock updates, and pricing accuracy.
  • Coordinate product samples for livestreams, photoshoots, and content creation.
  • Assist in order tracking and operational follow-ups.
  • Support campaign preparations and promotional activities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team.

  We are looking for someone with:  

  • SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Interest in fashion, e-commerce, and social commerce is an advantage.
