Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Technical Sales Engineer. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their power requirements and propose suitable technical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and presenting technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and responding to technical inquiries. The role involves collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure solutions meet customer specifications and quality standards. The Technical Sales Engineer will also manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and provide ongoing technical support to maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Experience in Sales and account management, including lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in Technical Support, including troubleshooting, solution configuration, and post-sales customer assistance.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with power solutions, electrical systems, or industrial equipment is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working remotely, with strong self-organization, time management, and CRM or sales tool proficiency.
  • Customer-centric mindset, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
