The Role

As an Independent Sales Representative, you will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You will identify business opportunities, pitch THEXRA solutions, and close deals. There are no caps on your earnings; your income is directly tied to your hustle and execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify and target potential B2B clients who need THEXRA solutions.
  • Pitching & Demoing: Conduct outbound outreach (cold calling, emailing, networking) and present our high-value solutions to decision-makers.
  • Closing: Manage the sales pipeline and successfully close deals to hit your income goals.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact until the deal is finalized and handed off to our operations team.


What We Are Looking For

  • Proven Closer: 1–2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (experience selling tech, software, or professional services is a huge plus).
  • Self-Starter Mentality: You don't need a manager micro-managing your day. You are disciplined, organized, and motivated by high commission checks.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone or video calls.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM tools and modern sales stacks to track your pipeline.
