BPS Global is seeking a highly capable Building Services Manager to lead and manage Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) works across our construction, engineering, and automation projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality building services systems in compliance with project, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all E&M building services works across multiple projects

• Manage project planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and compliance with statutory and safety requirements

• Review and manage technical designs, drawings, and specifications

• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines

• Ensure all works comply with local regulations, codes, and industry standards

• Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals

Requirement:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects

• Strong background in E&M systems, including HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems

• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction, engineering, or automation projects

• Sound knowledge of statutory requirements and safety regulations

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively

• Experience in automation or smart building systems will be an advantage

• Experience with an E&M contractor

• Exposure to commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
