Senior / Shipping Clerk

HK$16,000 - HK$20,000

Responsibilities:
  • Handle full set of shipping documents, including VE docs, LC and bank documents
  • Provide Shipping arrangement of Worldwide Air/ Sea shipment
  • Update shipment plan, Daily shipment report, and report to department head
  • Coordinate with sales/ CS /licensing team, warehouse and forwarder
  • Keep track of shipment schedule to ensure prompt delivery
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above with 2-3 years relevant expenience in shipping fields is preferred
  • Well Knowledge of Incoterm
  • Knowledge in LC / Export Licence is an advantage
  • Proficient in PC & MS office & SAP applications
  • Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Detail minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediately available is preferred
