The Opportunity

We seek a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment of our flagship Prometheus Project across East Africa. You will orchestrate cross-border operations, build resilient supply chains, and implement AI-driven systems to transform renewable energy and cold chain access in underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Border Project Leadership

Spearhead end-to-end implementation of the Prometheus Project in East Africa, such as Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.

Coordinate resources between HQ (Hong Kong) and African operations, ensuring rapid setup of project ecosystems within tight timelines.

2. Supply Chain Development

Build and manage a supplier matrix for integrated solar energy, cold chain technology, and IoT solutions (e.g., refrigeration, PV storage, IoT monitoring).

Negotiate partnerships with technical vendors and ensure seamless integration of hardware/software systems.

3. AI-Driven User Support & Training

Develop and deploy localized training programs for African end-users, focusing on equipment operation and maintenance.

Optimize 24/7 customer support via chat bot/robotic systems, targeting response efficiency gains and reduction in labor costs.

4. Process Standardization Development

Establish an end-to-end standardization system encompassing technical SOPs + operational SOPs, and implement a continuous SOP optimization mechanism to ensure seamless alignment between technical standards and operational protocols.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Experience:

Proven success in Africa-focused technology deployments.

Expertise in AI/chat bot integration for operational efficiency and user support.

Extensive Standardization Experience: Proven track record in leading technical standard formulation for products, with hands-on experience in:

Developing hardware + software system technical SOPs (e.g., equipment maintenance procedures, IoT monitoring protocols),

Or designing operational SOPs for projects (e.g., cross-border coordination workflows, localized service guidelines).

Skills:

Fluency in Mandarin and English

Vendor negotiation, cross-cultural team leadership, and agile problem-solving.
