Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Manager at Supply Technologies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of goods. You will lead a team and work closely with other departments to maintain inventory levels, optimize storage space, and uphold safety standards within the warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock management
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a high-performing team
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate transportation and delivery schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline warehouse operations
• Other tasks as assigned by the managers

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management, including knowledge of inventory control, distribution, and logistics
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is advantageous
